- They own the Webflow account, transferred to the practice manager's email. Recorded the one hour training session, link in Dropbox. Written a short guide to editing pages and publishing a blog post. 30 days of bug fixes until 14 October. Their Webflow subscription is 20 a month billed directly. No analytics beyond Webflow, we agreed that was out of scope but happy to help later.
What came back
The physio clinic site is live and the project's complete. Here's what got done: a new 12-page Webflow site, with all copy written from scratch based on our discovery session. Cliniko booking is integrated on every page, so patients can book straight from wherever they land. All 30 blog posts were migrated over from the old site with redirects in place, so none of that content or its search value gets lost. Title tags and meta descriptions are set on every page. The site went live on the 14th, two days ahead of schedule. When to use it
Use this at the end of a project, when the work is done and the last email still has to do several jobs: confirm what was delivered, hand over the things they now own, be clear about what support remains, and leave the door open without being pushy about it.
