No Time To Prompt (“we”, “us”) is operated by Social Impact Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Questions: hello@notimetoprompt.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address, when you sign in (we use magic-link sign-in, so we don’t store a password).
  • Account & usage records: your credit balance, and a record of which tool you ran, when, and how many credits it used. These records do not include the content you paste.
  • Payment information is handled by our payment provider, Polar. We do not see or store your card details.

The text and files you paste

When you run a tool, your input (and any PDF you upload) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate your result, then returned to you. We do not store the content you paste, the files you upload, or the results on our servers. Anthropic processes your input to produce the output and does not use data submitted via its API to train its models; see Anthropic’s privacy terms for their retention practices.

Who processes your data

  • Supabase: database & authentication (hosted in the United States).
  • Vercel: application hosting.
  • Anthropic: AI processing of your inputs.
  • Polar: payment processing (Merchant of Record).

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

We use essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies to understand and improve the site. You can accept or reject analytics via the cookie banner.

Legal bases (UK GDPR)

We process your data to provide the service you ask for (performance of a contract), to run and secure the site (legitimate interests), and, for analytics cookies, on the basis of your consent.

Retention

We keep your account email and usage records for as long as you have an account. We do not retain the content you submit. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@notimetoprompt.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date above when we do.
