These terms govern your use of No Time To Prompt (the “Service”), operated by Social Impact Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

No Time To Prompt provides a set of AI-powered tools that transform text you provide into a polished result. You need an account to use the tools.

Accounts

We use magic-link sign-in. You’re responsible for the email account you sign in with and for activity under your account. Don’t share access or let others use your credits.

Credits

• Running a tool costs credits. New accounts receive free credits.
• You can buy more credits via our payment provider, Polar. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, submit other people’s personal data without a lawful basis, or attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

AI-generated output

Results are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before you use it. Output is not professional, legal, financial, or career advice. You own the input you provide and the output you generate.

Availability & disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and we don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the relevant claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
