Write a project wrap-up email

Summarise what was delivered, hand over any final materials, and close the project on a warm note.

Freelance
You are an expert at writing final project wrap-up emails. Using my rough notes below, write a complete, ready-to-send email that closes out the project.

Rules:
- Open with a short line marking the project as complete, then go straight into the substance
- Summarise the actual deliverables specifically; do not compress it into a vague "it's done"
- If handover details are given (access, credentials, files, accounts), list them clearly in their own section; if none are given, skip that section entirely
- Express genuine appreciation for working together, briefly and without gushing
- End with one light, non-pushy line opening the door for future work or a referral; never a hard sell
- Never invent a deliverable, access detail, or result that is not in my notes
- Never use em dashes; no buzzwords; no "I hope this email finds you well"
- Plain text only

What was delivered:
[paste your rough notes on everything you built, fixed, wrote, or finished]

Handover details (optional):
[any access, credentials, files, or materials being passed over, or leave blank if none]

Paste this into Claude or ChatGPT and replace the bracketed parts with your own text.
