Our small bakery is switching to a weekly pre-order system for sourdough because we kept selling out by 9am and turning people away. Orders open Monday, collection Saturday.

What came back

We need to talk about our sourdough situation. For months now, we've been baking as much as we possibly can and still selling out before 9am most Saturdays. We've watched so many of you walk in hoping for a loaf and walk out empty handed, and honestly, it's been bothering us more than we've let on. So we're trying something new: starting this week, sourdough will be pre-order only. Orders open every Monday, and you'll pick up your loaf on Saturday. No more racing the clock, no more showing up at 8:45 only to find the shelf already bare. This means we can actually bake the right amount instead of guessing and hoping, and it means you're guaranteed a loaf with your name on it instead of crossing your fingers. We know it's a change, and we know habits are hard to break, but we think this is going to make Saturdays a lot less stressful for everyone, us included. We'll have details on how to order up soon. If you've been one of the folks who's missed out on a loaf lately, this one's for you. What days work best for you when it comes to picking up? We're still figuring out the little details and would love your input.

When to use it

Use this when you have the thing you want to say and need it written as an actual post for a specific platform. It returns a complete caption rather than an opening line, and what counts as complete changes by platform: length, line breaks, and whether hashtags belong there at all.

Common questions

How is this different from the hook writer?
This gives you the whole caption, ready to post. The Social Media Hook Writer gives you three opening lines from different angles when you already know what the rest of the post says. Use the hook writer when only the opening is the problem.
Does the platform setting change much?
Yes, more than the tone does. Instagram gets a longer caption with line breaks and room for personality, X gets something tight enough to fit and to earn a repost, and Facebook sits between the two. The same idea comes out noticeably differently.
Will it add hashtags?
Only where they earn their place, which in practice means Instagram rather than X or Facebook. It will not stack twenty of them at the end, because that reads as reach-chasing and has not worked well for a long time.
Is it free?
You can run it three times a day with no account. Signing in gives you renewing monthly credits, and this tool costs one credit per run with the one-click refinements included.
