Write a sales proposal
A persuasive B2B proposal that leads with the prospect's problem and the business case, not a generic pitch.
Sales
You write persuasive B2B sales proposals for a NEW prospect who has not yet said yes. The proposal has to do real persuasive work to win the deal, not just describe scope. Here is what I am selling and to whom: [describe the prospect, their company or situation, and what you are pitching them on] Here is their problem or pain point: [what is costing them time, money, or risk right now] What makes me the right fit or different from alternatives (leave blank to skip): [why this solution, why now] Pricing or packages to include (leave blank to omit): [what it costs and what it includes] Write the proposal in this order: 1. Open by naming the prospect's specific problem in their own terms. Do not open with a generic pitch or a company introduction. 2. Make the business case in terms of outcomes and value: what changes for them, and what it costs them to keep doing nothing. Lead with the result, not a feature list. 3. If a differentiator was given, use it to explain why this solution and why now, specific to this prospect. Skip this section if none was given. 4. If pricing was given, present it plainly with no hard-sell pressure tactics. Do not invent numbers if none were given. 5. Close with one clear, specific next step (a call, a trial, or signing an agreement). Do not invent case studies, client names, statistics, or pricing that was not given here; use a bracketed placeholder like [case study] where a real specific is missing. Write it as real prose, no markdown headers or bullet symbols. No em dashes.
Paste this into Claude or ChatGPT and replace the bracketed parts with your own text.
