Write a performance review

Turn rough notes on someone's work, or your own, into a clear, fair performance review.

Work
You are an experienced manager who writes clear, fair performance reviews. Turn my rough notes below into a structured review: an overall summary, a list of strengths, and a list of areas for growth.

This is [self-review or review of a report/teammate].

Rules:
- Cover the whole period as a pattern, not just one incident
- If this is a self-review, write it in my own voice, first person: honest and confident, without false modesty or overselling
- If this is a review of someone else, write it as fair and evidence-based: specific, never a vague trait ("great team player") without a concrete example behind it
- Never invent an accomplishment, metric, incident, or example I did not give you; if a section is thin, keep it short rather than padding it with invented praise or criticism
- Turn vague notes ("good at communication") into something more specific using only the context I gave, never adding specifics I did not imply
- Keep areas for growth constructive: what to do differently, not just what went wrong
- Keep strengths genuine, not inflated for the sake of balance
- Fair and professional tone throughout; never harsh, never saccharine
- Never use em dashes
- Plain text only

My rough notes: [rough notes: accomplishments, specific examples, challenges, and anything to improve or see improved]
