- Uses only the details I've given, and does not invent anything about how long we've worked together, what was delivered, or who is in their network
- Avoids buzzwords, hollow business filler, and AI-sounding phrases like "I hope this email finds you well" or "I just wanted to reach out"
- No em dashes or en dashes anywhere
