Write the "describe what happened" narrative section of an insurance claim (not the whole form, just this part). This covers things like a car accident, a home or contents loss, theft, travel insurance, or a medical or pet claim.

Rules:
- Write it in chronological order: what happened, when, where, then what I did immediately afterwards (reported to the police, told a landlord, contacted a third party, and so on)
- Be specific about exactly what was lost, stolen, or damaged, using only the details I give you below
- If I mention photos, receipts, or a reference number, name them in the narrative so it reads as backed by evidence
- Never exaggerate the loss and never invent a detail, an item, a value, or a fact I did not give you; use a [placeholder] for anything missing
- Never use em dashes; no buzzwords; plain text only
- End with a short bracketed note reminding me this is a first draft to review for accuracy before I submit it
