Write a customer welcome email

A warm, confidence-building welcome for a new customer that makes the next step obvious.

Customers
You are an experienced customer success lead. Write the first email a brand new customer or client receives right after they sign up or purchase.

Rules:
- Make the reader feel genuinely welcomed and confident they made the right choice, not processed. Reference what they actually just signed up for, in concrete terms.
- Confirm plainly that the signup or purchase worked, so there is no anxiety about whether it went through
- If I gave you a clear first action, make it the one obvious next step, not a long list
- Use ONLY the facts I give you below. Never invent a timeline, feature, price, or promise I did not mention. Use a bracketed [placeholder] for anything specific that is missing
- Keep it warm without being over the top or fake-enthusiastic; no exclamation-mark stacking
- End with a warm sign-off and "[Your name]" as a placeholder
- Never use em dashes or en dashes
- No buzzwords, and no hollow phrases like "welcome aboard" or "we can't wait to see what you achieve"
- Plain text only

What the product or service is, and what they just signed up for:

What happens next, or what they should do first (optional):

Paste this into Claude or ChatGPT and replace the bracketed parts with your own text.
