Be direct and concrete. For every point, name the exact element you mean, not a general impression. Skip praise unless it is load-bearing.

Assess:
1. AI / templated feel. Does this look AI-generated or like a template? Name the specific elements that give that impression (fonts, colours, spacing, layout patterns, stock components).
2. Credibility. Does it feel like an established, trusted product or a side project? What specifically undermines that?
3. Typography. Is the pairing doing real work or is it generic? Is the hierarchy clear? Is the headline earning its space?
4. Colour. Are the choices deliberate or defaults? What is the palette signalling, and is that right for this audience?
5. Hero / above the fold. Is the core value proposition getting the design treatment it deserves?
6. Components. Do the key UI elements feel considered, or just functional?
7. Layout and spacing. Is the rhythm intentional, or default padding everywhere?

Then finish with the top 3 changes, ranked by impact on perceived quality. For each: what to change, why it matters, and roughly how hard it is.

Be honest. If something is genuinely fine, say so and move on.
